Setting up company profile in Websol Bawarchi POS
Websol Bawarchi POS allows you to create and edit the details of the company. This feature includes (name, logo, contact & address).
Creating Company profile
Here are the steps to set up your company profile:
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. Find the User Profile Button on the left-middle grey strip, click on the user profile button.
Step 3. User profile windows appear on the screen, click on the Company branding button.
Step 4. On the "Company Branding" window, enter the details of the company in the following :
- Company name
- Company Address
- Phone Number
- Website
Step 5. At the top right, click the select image button if you want to assign the logo or picture of the company.
Step 6. Look at the Currency Information Panel, enter the following:
- Currency code
- Currency Name
- Currency symbol
- Currency symbol(words)
- Decimal Places(Show the numbers after the decimal)
Step 8. On the left, click on the Update button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 9. Close the window
Note: Now you will need to restart the application in order to apply the settings
Step 10. Look at the bottom-left, and click on the Power button.
Step 11. A pop-up appears, click on restart.
