Define Restaurant Roles and User Group in Websol bawarchi POS
Websol Bawarchi POS allows you to create and manage User Roles. Each user role have its own user rights and privileges. This feature allows restaurant owners to maintain security and privacy.
Adding a new User Role
Following are the steps to define a new user role.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. Find the User Profile Button on the left-middle grey strip, click on the user profile button.
Step 3. User profile windows appear on the screen, click on the User Management button.
Step 4. Look at the option "User role and permissions" on the User Management interface.
Step 5. Find the Role Name on add/update role information panel, and enter the role of the user like "Cashier".
Step 6. On the right find the User Rights panel, select what roles you want to assign to your new user, and check the list of user roles and rights.
Step 7. On the left, click on Save Button.
User roles and rights are assigned successfully.
Modifying User Role
You can modify user roles if you want to change the user access to the software. You can do that from User modification roles
Step 1. Look at the option "User role and permissions" on the User Management interface.
Step 2. Find the Role Name on add/update role information panel, and enter the role of the user like "Cashier".
Step 3. On the right find the User Rights panel, select what roles you want to assign to your new user, and check the list of user roles and rights.
Step 4. On the left, click on Save Button.
User roles and rights are assigned successfully.
