Give Due Payments to Suppliers in Websol Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to give the due payments to suppliers. This was a great and handy tool in which you purchase products and pay later so this feature is used to manage the due payments to suppliers.
Payment to Suppliers
Follow the steps given below to pay due payments to suppliers in Muhasib ERP
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Purchases and Vendors".
Step 3. On the appearing "Purchases and Vendors" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the "Transaction" section, click on "Payment to supplier".
Step 5. The "Payment to Supplier" window appears on the screen.
Step 6. In the appeared window, Look at the button "Select Supplier", click on the button, and select the supplier.
Step 7. After selecting the supplier, all due's invoices of the selected supplier are shown in the table below
Step 8. Select any invoice, after selecting invoices click on the "Manage Payments" button.
Step 9. The "Payment Entry" window shows on the screen.
Step 10. In the "Payment Entry" window, give the details in the following.
- Select payment type from the "Payment Type" dropdown.
- Enter the payment amount in the "Payment Amount" field.
- Select the account type from the "Account Type" dropdown.
Step 11. On the left, click on the Update button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 12. Close the window.
