How to create New Expenses in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to create a new expense for managing the other expenses in the business accounts record. This Feature includes the expenses like electricity bills, gas bills, Rent, etc. This is a great and handy business analytics feature provided by Muhasib ERP to create and manage your other expenses. This will help business owners to manage all the expenses and centralize all the amounts properly.
Create a New Expense
Follow the steps to create a new expense in muhasib ERP
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Expenses and Vouchers".
Step 3. On the appearing "Expenses and Vouchers Management" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the "Transaction" section, click on "New Expense"
Step 5. The "New Expense" window appears on the screen.

Step 6. In the "Expense Entry" window, for performing new expenses give the details in the following.
- In the "Short Description" field, enter the description like (Electricity Bill paid).
- In the "Amount" field, enter the amount.
- From the "Expense Type" dropdown, select the expense type.
- In the "Long Description" field, enter the long description.
Step 7. On the left, click on the Save button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 8. After creating a new expense you want to pay new expense, look below and click on "Manage Payments"
Step 9. The "Expense Payment" window appears on the screen.

Step 10. In the "Expense Payment" window, to pay the expense give the details in the following.
- Tick mark on the "Manual Date Entry", and set the date.
- From the "Payment Type" dropdown, select the payment type.
- In the "Amount" field, enter the amount.
- From the "Account Type" dropdown, select the account.
- In the "Notes" field, enter any description.
Step 11. On the left, click on the Save button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 12. Close the window.
