Adding A New Company In Websol Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to add a new company to your software. This feature allows business owners to add new companies, get centralized data, and manage them easily to grow their businesses.

Create Company
You have to follow the steps to create a company.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. Find the User Profile Button on the left-middle grey strip, and click on the user profile button.
Step 3. User profile windows appear on the screen, click on the "Company Master" button.
Step 4. The "Company Settings" window is shown on your screen.
Step 5. On the "Company Setting" window, give the details in the following.
1. In the "Company Name" field, Enter the company name.
2. In the "Address 1" & "Address 2" fields, Enter the company Addresses.
3. In the "Phone 1" & "Phone 2" fields, Enter the company Phone numbers.
4. In the "Email" field, Enter the company email.
5. Enter the NTN.
6. Enter the STRN.
7. In the "Registration no" field, Enter the company registration number.
Step 6. At the top right, click the select image button if you want to assign the logo or picture of the company.
Step 7. Look at the Currency Information Panel, and enter the details in the following:
1. In the "Currency Code" field, Enter the currency code like "PKR".
2. In the "Currency Name" field, Enter the currency name like "Rupees".
3. In the "Currency Symbol" field, Enter the currency symbol like "Rs".
4. In the "Currency Symbol(words)" field, Enter the currency symbol in words like "rupee".
5. In the "Decimal Places" field, Enter the number "Decimal Places(Show the numbers after the decimal in money)".
Step 8. On the left, click on the Save button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 9. Close the window
Note: Now you will need to restart the application to apply the settings
Step 10. Look at the bottom-left, and click on the Power button.
Step 11. A pop-up appears, click on restart.
After restarting the software ask you to select a company so select the company and start working.
