Quick Overview Account Summary Report in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to quickly review the account summary report in accounts settings. This was a great and advanced analytics tool provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib ERP software. This report shows the summary of all the accounts. This report helps business owners to easily review the account summary including profit and loss and balance sheet with the accounts head or accounts in detail.
Account Summary Report
Follow the steps given below to review the account ledger report.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Muhasib Financials".
Step 3. On the appearing "Muhasib Financials" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the tab bar, click on the "Report" section.
Step 5. On the "Report" section, click on the "Account Summary" button.
Step 6. The "Account Summary" Report window appears on the screen.
Step 7. In the "Account Ledger" Report window, you can see all the transaction amounts of accounts with accounts and accounts head.
Step 8. Click on the "View" of any account to view the report in detail.
Step 9. The General ledger is appear on the screen of the selected report.
Step 10. In General Ledger, you can see the transactions of the account.
Step 11. If you want to see the transaction in detail so click on View Record given at the end of the table of every transaction.
Step 12. After clicking on view record the ledger report is shown in detail on the screen
Step 13. In the "Journal Ledger" report you can see the detail about your transaction in the Muhasib financials.
Step 14. You can also edit the ledger by clicking on the "Edit Journal Ledger" at the below-left window.
Step 15. If you want to print the report, click on the "Print Journal Ledger" at the below-right window.
Step 16. Close the window.
