Quick Overview Account Ledger Report in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to quickly review the account ledger report in accounts settings. This was a great and advanced analytics tool provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib ERP software. This report shows all the performed entries of the selected account. The account ledger report shows the payment entries in the account with the details which may include the description, debit, credit, and also the total balance.
Account Ledger Report
Follow the steps given below to review the account ledger report.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Muhasib Financials".
Step 3. On the appearing "Muhasib Financials" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the tab bar, click on the "Report" section.
Step 5. On the "Report" section, click on the "Account Ledger" button.
Step 6. The "Account Ledger" Report window appears on the screen.
Step 7. In the "Account Ledger" Report window, select the account from the "Select Account" dropdown.
Step 8. Set the date from the "Date From" & "To" fields.
Step 9. Click on the "Generate Statement" button.
Step 10. Now user can see the account ledger report shown below on the screen.
Step 11. If you want to print the report, click on the "Print Report" button at the top of the screen
Step 12. Close the window.
