Quick Overview Commission Agent Ledger Report in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to quickly overview commission agents' ledger reports. This was a great and advanced handy analytics tool provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib ERP software. A commission agent ledger report includes all the invoices and payments and the history of the commission of agents. This report can be run for a specific commission agent with a date in the commission agent's history.
Commission Agent Ledger Report
To view the commission agent ledger report in Muhasib ERP software, follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Muhasib Financials".
Step 3. On the appearing "Muhasib Financials" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the tab bar, click on the "Report" section.
Step 5. On the "Report" section, click on the "Commission Agent Ledger Report" button.
Step 6. The "Commission Agent Ledger Report" window appears on the screen.
Step 7. In the "Commission Agent Ledger Report" window, look at the "Select Commission Agent" button and click on it.
Step 8. In the "Select Commission Agent" Pop-up, select the Commission Agent then look at the below and click on the "Select Agent" button.
Step 9. Set the date from the "Date from" & "To" fields.
Step 10. The Commission Agent ledger report appears on the below window and shows all the data of the Commission Agent including commissions of agents, and the Commission Agent's credit, debit, and balance.
Step 11. At the top-right, click the "Print Report" button to print the reports.
Step 12. Close the window.
