How to Manage Pay Account Transactions in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to manage pay account transactions. This was a great and advanced feature provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib EP software. This feature help software users or business owners manage the payment accounts after a transaction or change a payment account & type from any transaction.
Manage Pay Account Transactions
Follow the steps below to manage the pay accounts transactions in the software.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Muhasib Financials".
Step 3. On the appearing "Muhasib Financials" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the "Transaction" section, click on "Manage Pay Account Trans"
Step 5. The "Manage Pay Account Trans" window appears on the screen.
Step 6. In the "Manage Payment Account Transactions" window, follow the details given below.
- If you want to change the payment account of any specific transaction, enter the invoice number in the "Filter by Invoice#" field.
- Tick mark on the "Only show unlinked payments" field if you want.
- Set the date from the "Date from" & "To" fields.
Step 7. After giving details in the fields, click on the "Filter" button.
Step 8. The table below shows all the payment transactions.
Step 9. To change the payment type or payment account of the transaction in detail, select a transaction, Look at the below, and click on the "View Record" button.
Step 10. The Pop-up appears on the screen.
Step 11. Select the payment types and account from the given "Payment Type" & "Payment Account" fields.
Step 12. After selecting, click on the Update button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 13. Close the window.
