Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to review Supplier-wise purchase reports. This was a great and advanced tool provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib ERP software. This report shows all the supplier-wise purchase reports in detail.
Supplier-wise Purchase Report
To view the supplier-wise purchase report in Muhasib ERP software, follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Purchases and Vendors".
Step 3. On the appearing "Purchase Management" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the tab bar, click on the "Report" section.
Step 5. On the "Report" section, click on "Supplier-wise Purchase Report".
Step 6. The "Supplier-wise Purchase Report" window appears on the screen.
Step 7. In the "Supplier-wise Purchase Report" window, follow the details given below.
- If you want to see the report of any specific item, enter the item name in the "Filter by Keyword" field.
- Set the date from the "Date from" & "To" fields.
- Chose one option (all, paid, unpaid/partial paid, overdue) from the "Filter by payment status" label.
- Select the supplier in the right panel.
Step 8. After selecting and giving details, click on the "Filter" button, and the reports appear on the screen.
Step 9. Look at the top and click on the "Print Report" button if you want to print the report.
Step 10. Close the window.
