Quickly Overview Purchase Order Inquiry Report in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to quickly review your purchase order inquiry. This was a great and advanced tool provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib ERP software. This report shows all the performed orders of purchase in detail. you can also edit your purchase order and print purchase orders with this feature.
Purchase Order Inquiry Report
To review the purchase order inquiry report, follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Purchases and Vendors".
Step 3. On the appearing "Purchase Management" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the tab bar, click on the "Report" section.
Step 5. On the "Report" section, click on "Purchase Order Inquiry Report".
Step 6. The "Purchase Order Inquiry Report" window appears on the screen.
Step 7. In the "Purchase Order Inquiry Report" window, follow the details given below.
- If you want to see the report of any specific purchase, enter the receipt number in the "Search By Receipt NO#" field.
- Set the date from the "Date from" & "To" fields.
- After giving details in the fields, click on the "Filter" button.
- The table below shows all the purchase orders.
- To view a record of the purchase in detail, select a purchase, Look at the below, and click on the "View Record" button.
Step 8. The "Purchase Order Inquiry" window is shown on the screen.
Step 9. In the "Purchase Order Inquiry" window you can see the details of your order. You can also edit your purchase order by clicking the "Edit Order" button.
Step 10. User has also options in the purchase order inquiry report like printing the report, creating GRN, and Export as Excel, etc.
Step 11. Close the window.
