Quick Overview Purchase Inquiry Report in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to quickly review your purchase inquiry reports. This was a great and advanced analytical tool provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib ERP software. These reports help the business owners to view the purchase inquiry reports quickly and in detail in which a purchase inquiry report includes the date of performed purchases, the suppliers of the purchase, purchased products, etc.
Purchase Inquiry Report
Follow the steps below to quickly review the purchase inquiry report in the software.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Purchases and Vendors".
Step 3. On the appearing "Purchase Management" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the tab bar, click on the "Report" section.
Step 5. On the "Report" section, click on "Purchase Inquiry Report".
Step 6. The "Purchase Inquiry " report window appears on the screen.
Step 7. In the "Purchase Inquiry Report" window, follow the details given below.
- If you want to see the report of any specific sale, enter the receipt number in the "Search By Receipt NO#" field.
- Set the date from the "Date from" & "To" fields.
- After giving details in the fields, click on the "Filter" button.
- The table below shows all the performed purchases.
- To view a record of the purchase in detail, select a purchase, Look at the below, and click on the "View Record" button.
Step 8. The "Purchase Inquiry Record" window is shown on the screen.
Step 9. In the "Purchase Inquiry" window you can see the purchase in detail.
Step 10. You can print your purchase by clicking on the "Print" button.
Step 11. Close the window
