Quick Overview Quotation Inquiry Report in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to quickly review your quotation inquiry reports. This was a great and advanced analytical tool provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib ERP software. These reports help the business owners to view the quotation inquiry reports quickly and in detail which report includes the date of the performed quotation, the status of the quotation, items of a quotation, etc.
Quotation Inquiry Report
To review the quotation inquiry report, follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Sales and Customers".
Step 3. On the appearing "Sales Management" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the tab bar, click on the "Report" section.
Step 5. On the "Report" section, click on "Quotation Inquiry".
Step 6. The "Quotation Inquiry Report" window appears on the screen.
Step 7. In the "Quotation Inquiry Report" window, follow the details given below.
- If you want to see the report of any specific quotation then first chose the option (invoice#. customer name, customer contact) and enter the selected category in the "Search By" field.
- Set the date from the "Date from" & "To" fields.
Step 8. After giving details in the field, click on the "Filter" button.
Step 9. Look at the below and click on the "View Record" button.
Step 10. The "Quotation Inquiry Record" window is shown on the screen.
Step 11. In the "Quotation Inquiry" window you can see the details of your quotation. You can also edit your quotation by clicking the "Edit Quotation" button.
Step 12. You can see a temp sale return by the "View Sale Return" button.
Step 13. Users also have options in the appointment inquiry report like Converting to invoice, Converting to temp sale, deleting quotation, and printing the invoice and receipt.
Step 14. Close the window.
