How to Perform Customer's Payment Reversal in Websol Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to perform payment reversal of customers' payments. This was a great and advanced feature provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib ERP. In this feature, the user can revert the payment of the customer and make an unpaid invoice.
Perform Customer Payment Reversal
To perform the customer payment reversal follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Sales and Customers".
step 3. On the appearing "Sales Management" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the "Transaction" section, click on "Customer Payment Transaction"
Step 5. The "Customer Payment Transaction" window appears on the screen.
Step 6. In the "Customer Payment Transaction" window, Select the customer from the "..." button in the customer field.
Step 7. Set the date from the "Date From" & "To" fields, and click on the "Filter" button.
Step 8. The Customers transaction records are shown in the table below.
Step 9. Select the record that you want to revert, and click on the below "Perform Payment Reversal" button (the message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 10. Close the window.
Step 11. After performing payment reversal to the invoice. The invoice is shown as unpaid in the sale inquiry section.
