Payments to Commission Agents in Websol Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to give payments to the commission agents. This was a great and advanced feature provided by Websol Technologies in the muhasib ERP software that helps the business owners to manage the payments of commissions agents according to the agent's related sales.
Payment to Commission Agents
Follow the steps given below to give the payments to the commission agents through the software.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Sales and Customers".
step 3. On the appearing "Sales Management" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the "Transaction" section, click on "Commission Agent Payments"
Step 5. The "Payments to Commission Agents" window appears on the screen.
Step 6. In the appeared window, Select the commission agent from the "Select Commission Agent" dropdown.
Step 7. After selecting the commission agent, Look at the button "Find Invoices", and click on the button.
Step 7. After clicking on the button, all unpaid invoices of the selected agent are shown in the table below
Step 8. Select any invoice, after selecting invoice click on the "Manage Payments" button.
Step 9. The "Payment Entry" window shows on the screen.
Step 10. In the "Payment Entry" window, give the details in the following.
- Select payment type from the "Payment Type" dropdown.
- Enter the payment amount in the "Payment Amount" field.
- Select the account type from the "Account Type" dropdown.
Step 11. On the left, click on the Save button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 12. Close the window.
