How to Edit Items in Bulk in Websol Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to edit the items in bulk quantity. This feature helps software users easily edit bulk quantities of items in the software. This was a great and advanced handy tool provided by Websol Technologies in the software for users of the software.

Update items in Bulk Quantity
To Update the items in bulk quantity, follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Item and Advanced Inventory".
step 3. On the appearing "Item and Inventory Management" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the tab bar, click on "Maintenance".
Step 5. On the left of the "Maintenance" window, click on the "Item Bulk Edit"
Step 6. The "Bulk Item Edit" window appears on the screen.
Step 7. In the "Bulk Item Edit" Window, Follow the details given below.
- Select the Items from the tables you want to edit or import.
- On the "Import/Export Item's Stock", click on the "Import items Stock" for import or click on the "Export Items Stock" to export edited items.
- If you want to import options of your choice on items, tick mark on options in the "Import/Export items" panel, and then click on export items.
- After exporting items edit the options on the excel sheet that the software gives to you and then import it into the software
Step 8. After updating the items look to the left, and click on the Save button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 9. Close the window.
