How to Perform Supplier's Payment Reversal in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to perform payment reversal of suppliers' payments. This was a great and advanced feature provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib ERP. With this feature, the software user can revert the payment of the supplier and make an unpaid invoice. It also helps to view all the supplier's payment transactions history.
Perform Supplier Payment Reversal
To perform the supplier payment reversal follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Muhasib Financials".
step 3. On the appearing "Muhasib Financials" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the "Transaction" section, click on "Supplier Payment Transactions"
Step 5. The "Supplier Payment Transactions" window appears on the screen.
Step 6. In the "Supplier Payment Transaction" window, Select the supplier from the "..." button in the supplier field.
Step 7. Set the date from the "Date From" & "To" fields, and click on the "Filter" button.
Step 8. The suppliers' payment transaction records are shown in the table below.
Step 9. Select the record that you want to revert, and click on the below "Perform Payment Reversal" button (the message box appears "Payment Reversal has been added successfully").
Step 10. Close the window.
Step 11. After performing payment reversal to the invoice. The invoice is shown as unpaid in the purchase inquiry section.
