Quick Overview Customer Ledger Report in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to quickly overview customer ledger reports. This was a great and advanced handy analytics tool provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib ERP software. A customer ledger report includes all the invoices and payments and the history of the sales of customers. This report can be run for a specific customer with a date with the customer's history.
Customer Ledger Report
To view the customer ledger report in Muhasib ERP software, follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Muhasib Financials".
Step 3. On the appearing "Muhasib Financials" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the tab bar, click on the "Report" section.
Step 5. On the "Report" section, click on the "Customer Ledger" report.
Step 6. The "Customer Ledger Report" window appears on the screen.
Step 7. In the "Customer Ledger Report" window, look at the "Select Customer" button and click on it.
Step 8. In the "Select Customer" Pop-up, select the customer then look at the below and click on the "Select Customer" button.
Step 9. Set the date from the "Date from" & "To" fields.
Step 10. The customer ledger report that appears the below in window shows all the data of the customers including sales to customers, and customers' credit, debit, and balance.
Step 11. At the top-right, click on the "Print Report" button if you want to print the reports.
Step 12. Close the window.
