How to Configure Party Settings in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to configure party settings in the software. In this setting, the software gives you access to set the options for the customer (the customer's credit limit, commission agents' commission setting, etc). This was a helpful and handy tool provided by the software.

Configure Party Setting
To configure your party setting here are the steps to follow:
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. Find the User Profile Button on the left-middle grey strip, and click on the user profile button.
Step 3. User profile windows appear on the screen, click on the "Global Configurations" button.
Step 4. On the appearing "Global Configurations" window, the "POS Settings" section is shown on your screen.
Step 5. On the tab bar, click on Party Settings.
Step 6. The Party settings Section is shown on the window.
Step 7. On the "Party Settings" section, follow the given details.
- Enable/Disable the "Cannot allow contact duplication".
- Enable/Disable the "Show transaction details on party ledger".
- Enable/Disable the "Cannot allow creating customer before selecting customer group".
- Enable/Disable the "Customer Credit Limit".
- In the "Default customer credit limit" field, set the default customer credit limit.
- Chose the option from the "Commission agent sales commission calculation based on" field.
Step 8. On the left of the window, click on Update Button (a message box appears "System Configuration has been Updated successfully").
Step 9. Close the window.
