How to Create Customers in Websol Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to create a customer and perform sales against these customers. This feature helps business owners to maintain their sales against customers that can also help to manage their customers. This was a great and advanced new feature provided by Websol Technologies
Creating a Customer
Follow the steps given below for creating a new customer in Websol Muhasib POS
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared screen, click on the "Sales and Customers" button.
Step 3. The "Transaction" window is shown on the "Sales Management" window.
Step 4. On the tab bar, go to the "Maintenance" section.
Step 5. On the left of the "maintenance" section, click on "Manage Customers"
Step 6. The "Customers" window is shown on the screen.
Step 7. In the "Customer" window, enter the details in the following fields to create a new customer.
- In the "First Name & Last Name" field, enter the name of the customer.
- In the "National ID" field, enter the national id of the customer (optional).
- In the "Tax ID" field, enter the Tax id of the customer (optional).
- In the "Opening Balance" field, enter the amount if the customer gives you any balance (optional).
- From the "Customer Group" dropdown, select the customer group.
- From the "Contact Type" dropdown, select the contact type of customer.
- In the "Contact" field, enter the contact number of the customer.
- If you want to set the credit limit on the customer, tick the mark on the box before "Set credit Limit", and enter the amount.
- From the "Service staff" dropdown, select the service staff.
- On the "Customer Rating" box give the rate to the customer.
Step 8. On the left, click on the Save button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 9. You can see the added customer in the "Customer Record(s)" table.
Step 10. Close the window.
