Transferring Your Product Stock in Websol Bawarchi POS
Websol Bawarchi POS allows you to transfer your stock from one location to another location.
To transfer the stock of your restaurants to a different location you have to follow the steps given below:
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Item and Advanced Inventory".
step 3. On the appearing "Item and Inventory Management" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the left of the "Transactions" section, click on the "Stock Transfer" button.
Step 5. From the "Transfer From" dropdown, Select the location where your stock is.
Step 6. From the "Transfer To" dropdown, Select the location where you want to transfer your stock.
Step 7. look at the "Purchase Items" panel, and give the details in the following.
- From the "Item Name" dropdown, select a product.
- In the "Transfer Qty" field, give the transfer quantity.
- On the right, click on the Save symbol button (the item shown on a table).
- On the left, click on the Save button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
- Close the window.
Your Stock Transfer Successfully.
