Adjusting Your Stock of Inventory In Websol Bawarchi POS
Websol Bawarchi POS allows you to adjust your inventory. If you notice that there is a difference in the quantity of stock if any of your product is wasted and you want to adjust it in the software then this feature helps you to adjust.
If you want to adjust your stock in the inventory you have to follow the steps given below:
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Item and Advanced Inventory".
step 3. On the appearing "Item and Inventory Management" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 5. On the left of the "Transactions" section, click on the "Inventory Adjustment" button.
Step 6. In the "Search Item(s)" panel, search the item in the search box & select the item from the table.
Step 7. From the "Select Batch" dropdown, select the batch number.
Step 8. From the "Select Location" dropdown, select the location.
Step 9. In the "Adjust Qty" field, enter the quantity.
Step 10. In the "Reason" text area, enter the reason "wasted item"
Step 11. On the left, click on the Update button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Your Quantity is updated Successfully, Close the window.
