Quick Overview Supplier Ledger Report in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to quickly overview supplier ledger reports. This was a great and advanced handy analytics tool provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib ERP software. A supplier ledger report includes all the invoices, Supplier payments, and the history of the sales of suppliers. This report can be run for a specific supplier with a date in the supplier's history.
Supplier Ledger Report
To view the supplier ledger report in Muhasib ERP software, follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Muhasib Financials".
Step 3. On the appearing "Muhasib Financials" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the tab bar, click on the "Report" section.
Step 5. On the "Report" section, click on the "Supplier Ledger Report" button.
Step 6. The "Supplier Ledger Report" window appears on the screen.
Step 7. In the "Supplier Ledger Report" window, look at the "Select Supplier" button and click on it.
Step 8. In the "Select Supplier" Pop-up, select the supplier then look at the below and click on the "Select Supplier" button.
Step 9. Set the date from the "Date from" & "To" fields.
Step 10. The supplier ledger report that appears the below in window shows all the data of the suppliers including purchases from suppliers, and customers' credit, debit, and balance.
Step 11. At the top-right, click the "Print Report" button to print the reports.
Step 12. Close the window.
