Defining new locations in Websol Muhasib ERP

Create New Location
Follow the steps to manage locations
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. Find the User Profile Button on the left-middle grey strip, and click on the user profile button.
Step 3. User profile windows appear on the screen, click on the "Essentials Setup" button.
Step 4. On the appearing "Essentials Setup" window, the "Day-End Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 5. On the tab bar, click on "Setup And Maintenance".
Step 6. On the Setup and Maintenance window, click on "Manage Locations"
Step 7. The Location Master window appears on the screen.
Step 8. You can Manage your locations in the Locations Master window in the software by giving details in the following.
- Enter the Location Code.
- Select Printer from the dropdown
- Give a Short Description.
- Give a long Description.
- In the "Location Purpose" Enable/Disable one of them(Warehouse/Storage, POS)
- Enter address, phone, email, website, registration number, etc
- In the right select SMS gateway from the dropdown.
Step 9. If you want to give the logo or picture of your new location then look to the right, click on the "Select Image" button, and select the image.
Step 10. On the left, click on the Save button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 11. Close the window
