How to Create Payment Accounts in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to create payment accounts. This was a great and advanced feature provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib EP software. This feature helps software users or business users to create payment accounts to manage the payments in the business through software. These payments account helps to manage the payments of business in Muhasib ERP.
Create Payment Accounts
Follow the steps below to create the payment account in the Muhasib ERP software
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Muhasib Financials".
step 3. On the appearing "Muhasib Financials" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the tab bar, click on "Maintenance".
Step 5. On the right of the "Maintenance" window, click on "Payment Account".
Step 6. The "Payments Accounts" window appears on the screen.
Step 7. In the "Payment Accounts" window, enter the payment account name in the "Name" field like (default cash account)
Step 8. Enter the account number in the "Account Number" field.
Step 9. Select the account type from the "Account Type" dropdown.
Step 10. If the account has any balance then enter the amount in the "Opening Balance" field.
Step 11. Enable the "Is Active" label.
Step 10. On the left, click on the Save button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
