Adding a Deals in Items in the Websol bawarchi POS
In Websol Bawarchi POS you had a feature in which you can add your restaurant's deals in software.
For creating the deals in your restaurants you have to follow the steps given below:
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Item and Advanced Inventory".
step 3. On the appearing "Item and Inventory Management" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the tab bar, click on "Maintenance".
Step 5. On the left of the "Maintenance" window, click on the "Manage Items"
Step 6. The "Items and Ingredients" window appears on the screen.
Step 7: On the "Items and Ingredients", give the following details of an item in the software.
- In the "Barcode" field, generate any barcode like "001".
- In the "Item Name" field, insert an item name like "Deal 1".
- In the "Unit of Measurement" dropdown, select a unit of measurement like "Pcs".
- In the "Item Configuration" panel, click on the "camera logo" if you want to add a picture of your item & Upload your picture of the item.
- In the "Item Configuration" panel, Enable the "Bill of Material"
- Check on the "This Item is Sellable" panel.
- In the "Selling price" field, insert the price
- Check on the "TAX" dropdown, and select the TAX.
- Chose the "TAX Type" from the selection.
- Select the "Item Category" from a selection.
- Enable the "Print KOT".
- Check on "Receive order somewhere else than sales counter"
- From the "Other Location" dropdown, select the location.
- Enable the "Send to KDS".
- On the left, click on the Save button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
- Close the Window
For adding the items to our Deal 1 you have to follow the steps given below:
Step 8. On the "Maintenance" section, click on the "Manage Item BOM"
Step 9. The "Select Item" window appears on the screen.
This Window shows all the items in which we enabled the check of the bill of material
Step 10. On the "Search Food Item" panel, search the item in the search box & select the item "Deal 1" from the table.
Step 11. After selection looks at the and bottom-right, click on the "Select Item" button.
Step 12. The new window appears on the Screen.
step 13. On the appeared window, assign all the items of the Deal by giving the following details.
- Select Item", Select the item.
- Give the Quantity.
- Give the Order Index.
- On the below, click on the Save button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 14. The "Product Cost" field defines the total cost of the Deal.
Close the window, your Deal is Created Successfully.
