How to Create New Voucher in Websol Muhasib ERP
Muhasib ERP allows you to create new vouchers. A voucher is used to manage the cash in which the company put any extra cash or also gets cash from the company's cash account in the software. This will help business owners to manage their all extra in or out cash from the cash account.
Create New Voucher
To create a new voucher follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Expenses and Vouchers".
Step 3. On the appearing "Expenses and Vouchers Management" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 5. In the "Transaction" Section, click on "New Voucher".
Step 6. The "Voucher Entry" window shows on the Screen.
Step 6. In the "Voucher Entry" window, for creating a new voucher, give the following details.
- In the "Party" field, enter the party name.
- In the "Amount" field, enter the amount.
- From the "Voucher Type" dropdown, select the voucher type.
- From the "Payment Account" dropdown, select the account.
- In the "note" field, enter any note.
Step 7. On the left, click the Save button (the message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 8. Close the window.
