How to Receive Payments from Customers in Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to perform sales against customers on credit and receive payments later from customers. In this software, you have a feature to manage the sales of the customers that buy the items in credit or later pay to the company. This receives payment feature helps to manage the credit of customers. This was a great and advanced feature provided by Websol Technologies in the software.
Receive Payment From Customers
To Receive payments from customers follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared window, click "Sales and Customers".
step 3. On the appearing "Sales Management" window, the "Transactions" section is shown on your screen.
Step 4. On the "Transaction" section, click on "Receive Payments"
Step 5. The "Payments From Customers" window appears on the screen.
Step 6. In the appeared window, Look at the button "Select Customer", click on the button, and select the customer
Step 7. After selecting the customer, all unpaid invoices of the selected customer are shown in the table below
Step 8. Select any invoice, after selecting invoices click on the "Manage Payments" button.
Step 9. The "Payment Entry" window shows on the screen.
Step 10. In the "Payment Entry" window, give the details in the following.
- Select payment type from the "Payment Type" dropdown.
- Enter the payment amount in the "Payment Amount" field.
- Select the account type from the "Account Type" dropdown.
Step 11. On the left, click on the Save button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 12. Close the window.
