Steps to Access the Business Analytics Dashboard
Follow these steps to open and review the Master Dashboard in Websol Bawarchi POS:
Step 1: Log In
Log in to Websol Bawarchi POS and enter the Main Back Office screen.
Step 2: Open Dashboards
From the left menu, click “Dashboards and BI.”
Step 3: Open Master Dashboard
On the Dashboards & BI screen, click on “Master Dashboard.”
You will now see multiple business analytics panels and charts.
What You Can See on the Master Dashboard
- Today’s Sales (Work-Period Wise): Shows shift-wise sales performance for the current day.
- Active Orders: Displays all ongoing (not closed) orders in real-time.
- Active Registers: Shows how many billing points/registers are currently recording sales.
- Last 30 Days Sales Chart: Visual report of total, paid, and unpaid sales trends for the past 30 days.
- Sales Color Indicators: Red = Unpaid, Yellow = Paid, Blue = Total Sales
- Billing Summary (Work-Period Wise): Detailed billing performance based on selected shifts or segments.
- Unread Notifications: Alerts such as system updates, stock alerts, overdue items, etc.
- Top 10 Sold Items: Shows most popular menu items to understand customer buying trends.
- Trending Item Filters: Filter by: This Shift, Last 30 Days, Last 1 Year
